Got stuck on back roads after snow blew in and stranded us, and not only were they able to find us in the middle of nowhere, but were able to pull us through bumper deep snow until we were at the highway and could make it home safely. He even pointed out an additional problem with our car he noticed which we relayed to the mechanic. He graciously gave me a ride to the garage while we continued our chat.
